Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches:
Ingredients: Yields 4 sandwiches
- 1 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- Franks Buffalo Sauce (to taste, I used about half the bottle)
- Sargento Thinly Sliced Provolone Cheese
- Hotdog or Hamburger Buns (I used my homemade sandwich rolls)
- Boil chicken breasts in water until done (approximately 20 minutes)
- Shred the chicken with a fork in a bowl.
- Add Franks Buffalo Sauce, then transfer the chicken to a pan and heat through with the sauce. You could probably cover your bowl (if it is microwave safe) with saran wrap and heat in the microwave.
- Put buffalo chicken on bun, add provolone cheese (you might want to microwave for 10 or so seconds to help melt the cheese--this may or may not be necessary).
- Enjoy!
